Recently I have noticed that Atom has become a little more unstable for the rights of a bureaucrat. I am thinking that he should be demoted from the status of bureaucrat and to admin or just a normal user, I am not the only one on this wiki that feels this way about Atom that I am sure of, this is nothing personal Atom, but I don't think you are fit to be a bureaucrat anymore and not in 3rd command of this project.
